snowjoe sucks..since october of 2020 i am still waiting for my refund..snowblower was shipped back via UPS on Jan 13th 2021..here it is may 1st 2021 and still no refund.. i have copies of MANY emails verifying all contacts etc and still snowjoe hasn't refunded my money...so as of may 1st 2021 i have no snowblower (don't want another snowjoe snowblower) and no refund.

I bought a dethatcher, the bolts for the cylinder would not attach. They didn't offer any steps on how to attach it! Poor support, it's going back!

I bought a fiberjacket last year and it ripped. I emailed costumer service with no warranty number. They located the warranty with my email address and send me a new hose within a week. Excellent warranty and costumer service

I think their product is great, but customer service is severely lacking. My product broke after one season of use. I got in touch with customer service 3 different times to get them to honor the warranty. They just kept telling me they would have someone contact me and never did. I am very disappointed...

they have good equipment at good prices. quick shipping. very helpful in answering questions. i have 2 snow blowers now.

Bought the cordless multi tool via an on line shopping channel. Hardly used and battery won’t charge. Contacted shopping channel and snowjoe and neither can help. Total waste of money ????

This company has been renamed Slow Joe and anyone who has encountered this company knows why. This company gets an F for zero customer service and an F+ for pretending to take care of customer service and warranty requests.

I bought a saw from Sun Joe and I only used 2 times and the plastic inside was broken.
I request a replacement of part and they email me a response for parts need to replace in April. I am expecting they will arrive within a month. However, now is already August, and they always reply it is being handled.
I have contacted more than 6 agents including one manager.
So, do you think they even worth 1 star??

I am surprised this company is still in business. They scam people. They don’t ship your product unless you put in a dispute with your credit or debit card company. They have zero customer service. All they do is send you automated responded answers when you contact customer service. Since they were never sending me the power washer that I bought, I requested a refund. They never even responded to my refund request. If you call them, they just have a recording that they don’t take any calls. And worst part, they send you an email saying that your item has shipped but it is not shipped. The tracking info says that the item is still with the supplier. But in your Sun Joe account it states that the order is completed and it was delivered. So, unless you dispute the charge, they NEVER ship the item. After you dispute the item, they send to you the item eventually and they force the item on you since the refund request is ignored. I ended with two power washers thanks to the fact that they took forever to ship it after I disputed the charge. The power washer I received is poor quality. It leaks. My husband had bought two snow blowers in the past from this company and they were also poor quality and doesn’t work well. This company has been blacklisted in our family. We will NEVER buy ANY sun joe products either directly on their site or through Amazon. I wish I had looked up reviews before I order from this company. This is the WORST company I haver bought from.

Only giving a 2 for the equipment that worked, their customer service is zero.
